ILUMINA GT Print Systems are complete high-production digital color solutions that features true 1200 x 1200 dpi color printing, high definition color technology, the iQueue color smart workflow and a fast EFI Fiery processor. The ILUMINA Digital Envelope Press GT delivers fast full color envelopes, sheets and cards. The ILUMINA Digital Production Press GT provides full color printing on a wide variety of media and sheet sizes.

The ILUMINA Digital Production Press is the new affordable solution that allows you to meet the demand for short to medium run full color sheets, cards, banners, envelopes, and much more. It prints on wide variety of media from standard bond to specialty papers, heavy cover stocks, label stocks and magnetic media. Now you can offer your customers more and watch you profits grow.

b. DEP Digital Envelop Press

The ILUMINA Digital Envelope Press+ is the new cost effective solution for printing on-demand, full color envelopes, cards and sheets. The high capacity feeder holds up to 800 #10 envelopes / window envelopes / large envelopes (to 13″ x 17″), or 4000 sheets of 20lb bond. You can also print full color cards (to 14pt / 307gsm), sheets (to 13″ x 22″) and personalized mailing pieces running variable data at full speed. The ILUMINA Digital Envelope Press+. The ILUMINA Digital Production Press features a high capacity feeder that holds up to 4,000 sheets of 80 gsm bond (up to 330 x 558 mm) or 600 DL envelopes, Glassine window envelopes and large envelopes (up to            330 x 558 mm). We offer work flow software iQueue which we supply with machine free of cost (standard version). You can also get the paid version at a reasonable price for Color Management and Cost Calculation.

Now ILUMINA users can take control of their customers digital files, manage production schedules and deliver improved color and print quality using iQueue Pro and iQueue Advanced color smart workflows. iQueue makes it easy to coordinate numerous jobs for one or more networked ILUMINAs, set and change job priorities, track run quantities, monitor consumables, and much more.

Independent CMYK Control

iQueue’s color and image quality controls help you provide the best printed job for your customers. Many digital printing devices lock the user into screens that may not be the best for a particular job.  iQueue allows the operator to control line screens, screen angles, halftone shape, and apply independent density for each CMYK color.

Spot Color Matching

ILUMINA Digital Color Presses are now PANTONE® licensed and iQueue makes spot color matching easier than ever. You can select a Pantone scene mode or adjust color screening and density yourself. Use the handy proofing feature to check your adjustments. iQueue gives you unlimited control.

Halftone Screening

iQueue gives you a wide variety of screening options. Select the desired LPI (from 20 to 240), screen angle and halftone shape (including Euclidean, Round, Line, Ellipse and more). You can also set Screen angles at virtually any degree for even more control.

Project Management

iQueue is a software application that can be installed on any networked PC (or a Mac emulating Windows). Because iQueue broadcasts itself as an Adobe Postscript printer, networked users can print directly to iQueue (from Mac or PC), where the job is held awaiting iQueue control.

Device Control

Press control is very important for a productive workflow. Once a job is released (sent) to an ILUMINA, it is placed in a print queue. Because iQueue allows you to edit all print queues, these jobs can be removed, prioritized, placed on hold or even switched between print queues. iQueue also monitors all networked ILUMINAs for usage and consumables information.

Job Ticket Editor

Each job coming into iQueue is assigned a job ticket. The job ticket editor allows you to control specific characteristics of each job including: Media type, stock weight, tray selections, color profiles, densities, resolution, line screens, screening types, screen angles, run quantities and much more.
