Global Graphics INT, announces the new launch of HSM DuoShredder 5540.2 from HSM GmbH + Co. KG – Germany installed at Publisher Printing Press-Kuwait.
The complete shredder system includes 3 parts: Feeding conveyor, Shredder machine andfully automatic, electro-hydraulic channel baling press. The HSM DuoShredder 5540.2 is a two-stage shredder system for fully automatic document disposal. Depending on the paper quality, loading and downstream systems, it can achieve a throughput of up to 350 kg per hour. Sturdy loading hopper with built-in overloading protection to control the shredder and the conveyor belt.
- Stage 1: pre-shredding using a two-shaft system for improved material intake.
- Light barrier monitors filling level between stages 1 and 2 to prevent overloading.
- Stage 2: fine shredding using a two-shaft system.
In combination with a fully automatic, electro-hydraulic channel baling press HSM VK 1005, the HSM DuoShredder 5540.2 expanded into a complete disposal system. HSM baling presses are the specialist solution for compressing waste materials by up to 95% into sorted, easily transportable bales. The baling press HSM VK 1005 provides continuous loading, fully automatic compression, fully automatic horizontal 3-fold strapping with patented coiled wire, automatic hydraulic regulation of conical press channel depending on material, operating side and wire insertion dylinder optional on left hand side or right hand side etc.
